Medical oxygen is critical for notably treating pneumonia, which claims the lives of more than 800,000 children under five years old every year in the world¹. Yet wide gaps in access remain in most low- and middle-income countries. To help reduce child mortality, Air Liquide is expanding its partnerships with NGOs²to provide medical oxygen across those countries and open up access to their inhabitants.
