The minutes of Air Liquide’s 2019 Annual General Meeting are now available. This annual highlight of shareholder democracy gives you the opportunity to participate directly in the life of the Group each year by voting on the proposed resolutions. But how does voting work?
On May 7, 2019, Air Liquide’s Annual General Meeting was held in Paris. As in previous years, Air Liquide made every effort to encourage shareholder participation and voting, regardless of the number of shares held.
This meant 3,903 of you were present to vote on the resolutions at the Meeting and 115,081 of you voted beforehand by Internet or by mail.Vanina Lahootun, project manager at Air Liquide Shareholder Services, will tell you more.
