8th March: International Women's Day

International Women's Day is the opportunity for companies to review the policies and initiatives implemented for professional equality and the balance of responsibilities.

多样性is a strategic element of the Human Resources Policy of the Group, which is convinced that it can help to improve dynamism, creativity and performances. For several years now, Air Liquide has been organizing initiatives to reinforce equality and the balance of responsibilities between men and women in the Group, as well as women's place within its organization.
